Dubai, UAE, March 11, 2019 - A step to be able to offer standard easy payment services with Zbonni payment technology; Zbooni further strengthens ability to serve customers’ payment solutions needs in UAE and other emerging markets; companies agree to form an affiliated partnership focused on offering the top payment solutions to the SME market via social apps.
Focuz and Zbooni payment solutions wrote today an affiliate partnership that enhances both partners position in the small and medium enterprise market industry, while significantly expanding Zbooni’s reach in UAE and other key, high-growth markets. The new partnership is expected to spark awareness and additional ease of payment options to the SME markets by maximizing the payment opportunities instead of using standard solutions that used to have monopoly over the UAE markets.
The partnership is a strong strategic fit, leveraging the two companies’ respective strengths, across two main areas:
First, Focuz and Zbooni have formed a customer centric service approach entirely focusing on the end user and customer experience development that will accelerate and extend Focuz's capabilities in the SME market. Customer experience has been playing a key role in the service and products market with importance by working around the clients needs rather than the clients wants.
Second, the companies have forged a relationship in which Focuz will provide Zbooni’s payment solution to its customers, initially in Dubai and expanding into other global markets, in step with the ongoing development of its payment solution business.
From a business development stand point the SME's will not be depended entirely on their brick and mortar shops any more but to move to a more digital space and to be able to offer their services and products at a 24I7 option.
